‘Virdhan’s® Special Peda is basically made with Cardamom. Hand-made with original methodology of rolling and it has Paper cups on its base. The crucial part of making this peda is getting the Khoya right. It needs to be cooked well to ensure a small doted texture.
Our Kesar Peda, made with Cardamom and gluten free indulgence without any artificial colors or preservatives – just pure sweetness! It passed through a cylindrical mould and stamped with a traditional “અંબિકા” coin imprint.
Thabdi peda has very soft texture, enjoyable sweet taste, rich aroma and flavor. Thabdi Penda is prepared with Khoya, full cream milk and Sugar and later it topped with Almond. Pure ghee brings out the flavour of the sweet with perfection.
