We deal in perishable products — please read this carefully before raising a concern.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- We do not accept general returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item is wrong, damaged, or spoiled, you may report it within 30 minutes of receiving it.
- These cases are not eligible
Opened or partially consumed boxes cannot be returned. Returns are also not accepted for missed pick-ups or delayed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
1. Report within 30 minutes
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or spoiled item, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup.
- For pickup orders, please check the item for quality or freshness in front of our staff before leaving.
2.Contact our support team
- Call us and share your order details along with the issue.
- If a return shipment is required, the customer must arrange and bear the return shipping cost. Virdhan’s (Shree Ambika Mavawala) is not responsible for these charges.
3. We inspect & resolve
- Once we inspect and confirm the issue, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

No refunds after 30 minutes
Complaints raised after the 30-minute window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, regardless of the reason.
