How to cancel

1. Check the cancellation window

Cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Call us to request cancellation

Call our support team and provide your order details.
We’ll verify and cancel the order if it’s within the 30-minute window.
If eligible, the refund will be credited to your original payment method with a 2.5% processing deduction.

Important notes

Incorrect address or pincode

Our system does not use map-based address verification. Please ensure your address and pincode are accurate. If incorrect details are submitted to reduce shipping charges, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice — and we will not be liable for any resulting costs or losses.

Refund deduction

A 2.5% processing fee is deducted from all refunds. The remaining amount is returned to your original payment method
