SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY:

  • We currently deliver within Surat city.

  • Delivery availability is based on your pincode.

    ✅ Please check at checkout to confirm home delivery service in your area.

🚚 Delivery Method

  • All orders are delivered by our in-house delivery team to ensure product freshness and quality.

  • While we generally do not use courier services, in rare cases, your order may be delivered via trusted transportation service providers.

       🕗 Open Daily: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Important Notes:

    • Bring your order confirmation or a valid ID for pickup.

    • Same-day pickup only

               🚫 No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.

🕓 Order Before 4 PM

  • Same-Day Delivery by 9 PM
    Place your order before 4:00 PM, and we’ll deliver it to your doorstep the very same day (subject to product availability).

🌇 Order After 4 PM

  • Next Business Day Delivery
    Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.

Good to Know:
If your item is in stock, we’ll try to deliver in the same day—even for late orders ! but isn’t guaranteed.

💰 Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above ₹3000
    (Applicable in select pincode areas only)

  • ₹50 (±) for nearby locations
    (Exact charges depend on your pincode — final shipping cost will be shown at checkout)

📩 Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email 
  • Please allow 4–5 hours to us to prepare your order before dispatch.

🏠 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible addresses within Surat.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • COD orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, we may limit COD options for future purchases.

 

⚠️ Delivery May Not Be Possible If:

  • Your pincode is outside our delivery range

  • The address or contact details are incorrect

  • No one is available to receive the order

  • The location is restricted or inaccessible

  • Delivery falls on a festival day

  • The product is out of stock

📌 Important Note

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact information.

  • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries.

  • If redelivery is requested, additional charges may apply.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

1. Return

  • We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • If your order is wrong, damaged, or spoiled, contact us within 30 minutes (half hour) of receiving it.
  • Opened or consumed boxes cannot be returned.
  • No returns for missed pick-ups or delayed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

To Report an Issue

  • Please check and inform our staff during pickup if you notice an issue with quality or freshness
  • Report issues within 30 minutes (half hour) of delivery or pickup.
  • Kindly note, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Shree Ambika Mavawala is not responsible for these costs.
  • We’ll inspect and, if confirmed, provide a refund or replacement.

2. Refund

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • For spoiled or incorrect items, we’ll refund or resend the order (if reported on time).
  • No refunds after the 30 minutes (half hour) complaint window.
  • If cancelled on time, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method after a 2.5% deduction.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes (half hour) of placing them.
  • No cancellation after the order is processed or dispatched.

How to Cancel

  • Call us with your order details.
  • We’ll cancel it, if it’s within the 30 minutes (half hour) window.

Refunds

  • If cancelled on time, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method after a 2.5% deduction
