Return
- We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
- If your order is wrong, damaged, or spoiled, contact us within 30 minutes (half hour) of receiving it.
- Opened or consumed boxes cannot be returned.
- No returns for missed pick-ups or delayed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
How to Report an Issue
- Please check and inform our staff during pickup if you notice an issue with quality or freshness
- Report issues within 30 minutes (half hour) of delivery or pickup.
- Kindly note, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Shree Ambika Mavawala is not responsible for these costs.
- We’ll inspect and, if confirmed, provide a refund or replacement.
Refund
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- For spoiled or incorrect items, we’ll refund or resend the order (if reported on time).
- No refunds after the 30 minutes (half hour) complaint window.
- If cancelled on time, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method after a 2.5% deduction.
