- Ordering and Payment
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by SHREE AMBIKA MAVAWALA. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In the event that we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment made with negligible deduction charge.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval.
- Return & Refund Policy
Return policy: We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. If your order is wrong, damaged, or spoiled, you must contact us within 2 hours of receiving it. We cannot accept returns for opened or consumed boxes. Additionally, returns are not eligible in cases of missed pick-ups or delivery delays resulting from customer unavailability.
To report an issue, Please inspect your order at the time of pickup and inform our staff immediately if you notice any issue related to quality or freshness. For delivered orders, any issue must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Once reported, we will investigate the issue. If it is confirmed, we will provide either a refund or a replacement.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. If your item is spoiled or incorrect, and the issue is reported on time, we will either refund the amount or resend the order.
No refunds will be processed for issues reported after the 2-hour complaint window.
- If your order is cancelled on time, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 3% deduction for processing fees. Limitation of Liability
